Charles B. McNeese is a graduate of Concordia College, Minnesota, where he achieved a double major in English Literature and Sociology. He additionally studied urban politics and city government with the Associated Colleges of the Midwest, Chicago, Illinois. Mr. McNeese graduated Suma cum Laude from Concordia. He received his law degree from the University of Arizona. Mr. McNeese is a veteran of the United States Navy. Mr. McNeese's primary area of practice has always revolved around criminal defense.
