Erika is the best!!! I RECOMMEND HER and McNeese & Trotsky as a whole. Everyone there are experts at what they do and very professional. Erika guided me through the whole process and explained everything that was going to happen. This was my VERY FIRST car accident(someone hit me) and I had no idea what to do or even where to start. In 4/2018, my dog Niko, a small Shih Tzu, was attacked by a big Pitbull while walking with me on West Lake Sammamish Parkway. Andy, the Pitbull’s walker, said that it was the second time walking Jamie, the Pitbull, for a dog walking service. She saw me and Niko cross the street to avoid them, but at some point, Jamie pulled hard enough from the leash and that was when we were attacked across the street. I called 3 different law offices after the attack. McNeese & Trotsky was the only one that sounded nice and had an interest. Niko’s case just got a reasonable settlement in 3/2020. I didn’t expect much, mainly just wanted some moral justice and hopefully raise big dog owners’ awareness to share a safe community with small & defenseless dogs!
