(206) 332-1918Charles is orginally from Fargo, North Dakota, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota, with a double major in English and Sociology. Additionally, he studied Urban Politics and City Government at the Associated Colleges of the Midwest in Chicago and Intercultural Studies at Virginia Union University. Following his studies, he went on to earn his law degree from the University of Arizona College of Law. Not only does Charles have an impressive educational background, he is also an honorable veteran of the United States Navy. Charles served in both the surface warfare and air warfare divisions of the United States Atlantic Command.
While working at a criminal defense firm, Charles met Adam Trotsky and immediately formed an unbreakable bond. Their strong friendship and complimentary work ethics motivated them to start their own firm, McNeese and Trotsky, PLLC, in 2003. Their firm was first based in downtown Seattle, later moving to Bellevue in 2018. Charles believes clear communiation is key to each case. Charles brings his vast wealth of knowledge and positive outlook to each case. He is known for always bringing ease to clients in their time of difficulty.
Not only is he a fountain of knowledge for all things law related, he is a football connoisseur! You can find him rooting for his favorite teams, the Seattle Seahawks and the Minnesota Vikings, with a favorite memory being the iconic “Beast Quake” moment with Marshawn Lynch in the 2011 playoff game.
